Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Northumberland
Role Type: Flexible - Full-time, Part-time and Permanent opportunities available

Rate of Pay: £100 to £130 per day (depending on experience and role)

What You'll Need:
- Experience working with young people in a school, youth work, coaching, or similar environment is desirable but not essential
- Confidence managing a classroom and supervising students during teacher absence
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Ability to deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
- Adaptability to work across different secondary schools and subjects
- No QTS required - ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, experienced school support staff, or those considering a career in education
- Graduates and individuals considering a career in teaching are strongly encouraged to apply
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with the work set by the class teacher while maintaining a positive learning environment.
